  • 2 medium tomatoes diced

  • combine paprika cumin chilli flakes garlic and oil in a ceramic baking dish add steak rub to coat
  • heat a barbecue chargrill on medium high heat cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking transfer to a plate cover loosely with foil stand for 5 minutes to rest
  • meanwhile combine peppers onion tomato garlic parsley vinegar and oil in a bowl season with salt and pepper stir until well combined
  • slice steak and arrange on a platter spoon over salsa serve with potatoes
