Beef With Fruit Salsa


Dont keep summer fruits just for dessert - use them in this spicy salsa which goes magnificently with beef steak.

The ingredient of Beef With Fruit Salsa

  • 2 ripe peaches peeled halved stones removed diced
  • 1 kiwifruit peeled diced
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 2 cup fresh basil leaves shredded
  • 1 lime rind finely grated juiced
  • salt ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 about 150g each beef round steaks
  • 380g 2 cups couscous

The Instruction of beef with fruit salsa
