- 1 2 cup fresh coriander leaves coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- pinch dried red chilli flakes

- 2 1 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 12 medium chat potatoes thickly sliced
- 400g green beans trimmed
- 4 coles beef t bones

- combine the parsley coriander garlic oregano chilli vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the oil in small bowl season with salt and pepper
- cook the potato in a steamer set over a saucepan of simmering water for 10 minutes adding the beans in the last 3 minutes of cooking
- meanwhile brush the steaks with the remaining oil and season with salt and pepper heat a large chargrill plate or barbecue plate over medium high heat add the steaks and cook for 3 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking set aside for 2 minutes to rest
- toss the potatoes with half the sauce drizzle remaining sauce over beans and steaks
