  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 small onion very finely chopped
  • 1 4 cup flat leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 200 g coles simply less light tzatziki dip
  • 1 3 cup fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
