The ingredient of Beef And Mushroom Kebabs
- 750g beef sirloin steak or rump trimmed cut into 2cm cubes
- 16 small button mushrooms halved
- 1 large red capsicum quartered deseeded cut into 2cm chunks
- olive oil for greasing
- salad to serve
- crusty bread to serve
- 100mls red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- salt ground black pepper to taste
The Instruction of beef and mushroom kebabs
- to make the marinade combine the red wine olive oil mustard garlic rosemary salt and pepper in a large glass or ceramic bowl and use a fork to mix well
- add the beef to the marinade and mix until well combined cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate adding the mushrooms for the last 10 minutes
- remove the beef from the marinade and reserve the marinade thread the beef mushroom halves and capsicum alternately onto 16 skewers you will have 3 beef pieces 2 capsicum pieces and 2 mushroom halves on each
- brush a barbecue grill or chargrill with olive oil to grease and preheat on high cook the skewers on preheated barbecue or chargrill turning and brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade for 4 5 minutes for medium or until cooked as desired
- serve with the tomato and red onion salad and crusty bread
