Salmorejo (pronounced sal-mor-e-khoh) is a cold Spanish soup of bread and tomatoes.
The ingredient of Salmorejo
- 2 slices about 80g white bread crusts removed
- 1kg ripe tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
